01General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 365ac platform and all its associated services. By using the 365ac website, creating an account, or accessing any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

365ac is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform operating legally in Bangladesh and other approved regions. Use of 365ac from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

02Account Registration & Verification

To register on 365ac, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false details may be suspended at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Each member is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and all balances forfeited. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited under 365ac Terms & Conditions.

03Age Verification & Minor Restrictions

Betting on 365ac is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to register or use an account under any circumstances. In accordance with 365ac Terms & Conditions, we may request age verification documents at any time.

• A National ID card, passport, or birth certificate is accepted for age verification.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification is complete.
• Additional verification may be requested at any time for accounts deemed suspicious.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Deposits are free of charge. Third-party payment gateways may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 365ac reserves the right to hold transactions suspected of money laundering pending investigation.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method and up to the amount originally deposited.

05Betting Rules & Restrictions

It is the member's responsibility to read the specific betting rules for each event before placing a bet on 365ac. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Bet amount cannot exceed the available account balance.
• Bets are accepted before an event begins. For live betting, bets can be placed while the match is in progress.
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 365ac reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum winnings may vary by event — the specific limit will be stated on each bet slip.

06Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

365ac regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with a specific validity period, wagering requirements, and a list of eligible events. Members are required to read the terms of each offer before claiming a bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirements).
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• 365ac reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

07Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 365ac's Terms & Conditions. Violations will result in permanent account termination and all balances may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.

08Account Suspension & Termination Policy

365ac reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the rules and Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed. However, if the account is terminated due to a rule violation, the balance may not be refunded.

09Responsible Betting Policy

365ac believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to promoting responsible betting and provide members with a range of tools to help them stay in control.

11Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer support first. The support team will review the issue and aim to resolve it within 72 hours.

• In the event of a dispute regarding bet outcomes, server logs will be treated as the definitive evidence.
• Financial transaction disputes will be verified against bank statements and payment gateway records.
• If you are unsatisfied with the support team's decision, you may appeal to the licensing authority.
• Withdrawals from the account in question may be temporarily suspended while a dispute is under review.

12Terms & Conditions Update Policy

365ac reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or SMS.

• Updated terms take effect from the date the changes are made.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
